Dr. Patel is a board-certified dermatologist who completed her medical training at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Her practice is grounded in careful clinical assessment, continuity of care, and long-term patient relationships. Every visit is physician-directed, and every decision is guided by evidence, experience, and restraint.

Neelam Patel, MD
Dr. Patel is a board-certified dermatologist with training from Vanderbilt University and the University of Mississippi. With deep local roots and a strong clinical background, her interests include sun protection, skin cancer prevention, and long-term skin health. She founded Avenue Dermatology to practice medicine with time, intention, and a focus on education, building lasting physician-patient relationships grounded in trust and care.
Haylie Hendrickson, PA-C
Haylie is a board-certified physician assistant with experience in dermatology, aesthetics, and plastic surgery. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona and earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Evansville. With a strong eye for detail and a patient-first approach, Haylie focuses on thoughtful, balanced care that supports both skin health and confidence.
